Incident Narrative

An employee was connecting a replacement lighting fixture. An arc flash tripped a circuit breaker, and the employee lost his balance and fell off the third or forth rung of a 6-foot step ladder. He struck his head on the wall or floor and fractured his skull. He was hospitalized.
