Incident Narrative

An employee was in a truck waiting for an intermodal container to be discharged off a ship and loaded onto the truck. The employee noticed a military vehicle armored window and frame on top of the container. The employee went to catch the object while it slide off the container; he fell backward from ground level and struck his head on the ground, sustaining a skull laceration and injury to the first cervical vertebra.
