Incident Narrative

On April 24, 2023, at 3:20 AM, an employee was working from a mobile ladder to clean a camera mounted on a sanitation truck. As the employee grabbed the truck to move the ladder sideways, the ladder tipped over, causing the employee to fall 10 feet. They were hospitalized for a shoulder fracture, torn spleen, and bruising to the brain.
