An employee was standing on an 8-foot step ladder tightening a bolt on the auto-cropping machine in the evisceration department. The wrench the employee was using came loose, causing him to lose balance and fall 3-5 feet to the concrete floor below. The employee sustained fractures to the right radius and right ilium.
