On April 13, 2023, an employee was operating a high lift loader to push up rock. While pushing the rock next to a retaining wall, the retaining wall failed and fell. The employee, still inside the cab of the loader, fell with the retaining wall and sustained bruised/fractured ribs, finger fractures, and a brain contusion.
