Incident Narrative
Employees had cut out the concrete slab foundation inside a building that was being remodeled and were placing a sewer line in a 2' deep trench. The injured employee was walking towards the exit when the roof of the structure collapsed, striking and injuring the employee. The employee was hospitalized for treatment of a fractured collar bone and a sprained knee.
