An employee was operating a reach truck down an isle. A pallet jack was approaching and the employee removed his foot from the pedal, causing the vehicle to stop suddenly. The employee's foot was then caught between the oncoming pallet jack and the reach truck, resulting in a left foot laceration and toe fractures.
