An employee was assisting with a 6-man lift of a 450-pound exterior wooden frame wall. The bottom of the frame/wall slipped during the raising operation, causing the wall to fall and strike the employee in the back of his hard hat. This knocked him to the ground and the wall then landed on his back. The employee sustained a back injury, and a possible fractured spine.
