Incident Narrative

An employee was rotating tires on a vehicle that was elevated to chest height. As the employee rotated the wheel on the hub of the car, the employee's finger became pinched between the brake caliper and the spoke of the wheel. This resulted in a laceration and fracture to the left index finger.
