Incident Narrative
Employees were connecting a cross-frame when they noticed that it was installed backward. Upon disconnecting it, the injured employee noticed that there was a knot in the sling and moved to the side of the cross-frame. The cross-frame began to lean over and the bottom of the frame flipped the injured employee up, causing them to fall approximately 20 feet to the ground. They sustained a right hip fracture and contusions.
