Incident Narrative

An employee was on a ladder cutting tree branches. After cutting a branch, it swung down and struck his ladder. The employee lost his balance and fell approximately 15 to 20 feet to the snow-covered ground. He sustained rib fractures, a collarbone fracture, and a collapsed lung.
