Incident Narrative
On October 20, 2022, an employee was unloading a jumping jack compactor from the end of a trailer, which was approximately 18 inches high. The employee slipped on loose gravel and fell. The compactor fell off the trailer and landed on his right hand, crushing his right middle and ring fingertips. The employee was taken to the hospital, where the injured fingertips were amputated.
