An employee was setting up an area to begin installing new pipes. Upon searching for an outlet to connect a power tool, the employee fell approximately 12 feet through the ceiling and landed on top of an oven tunnel. The employee sustained second-degree burns from the oven as well as a right tibia fracture, right ankle dislocation, right knee ligament tear, and a left arm laceration.
