Incident Narrative

After cutting pipe with a cold saw, an employee was leaning over the saw to roll the pipe onto a pipe table with his left hand. The pneumatic pipe clamp activated and caught the tip of his left ring finger, resulting in a partial fingertip amputation and the removal of the nail.
