Incident Narrative

An employee was doing repair work on an oil/gas well. While the rods were being spaced out, the elevator caught the bottom of the horse's head and knocked it off. It hit the ground and rolled over on top of the employee, who was working on the floor. The employee suffered a broken pelvis and a broken right femur and was hospitalized.
