Incident Narrative
An employee was preparing medicine for residents in the medication room. When the employee tried to walk away from the drink station, her foot got stuck on an area of the carpet that was sticky from spilled beverages and she fell. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right tibia and fibula and required surgery.
