An employee was power washing a scrubber machine when the power washer lost pressure. The employee moved closer to the scrubber machine and their clothes became caught in the equipment, pulling their shoulder, collarbone, and forearm into a pinch point. The shoulder, collarbone, and forearm were fractured. Additionally, the skin in these areas was injured.
