An employee was standing next to a flatbed trailer, helping a wheel loader operator load multiple sections of PVC water line pipe. He had his hand on the 12-inch water line to keep it from rolling off the trailer. When the pipe moved, he was pushed back, causing him to trip and fall down. The pipe came off the trailer and landed on his left leg, breaking his fibula.
