Incident Narrative

An employee was measuring the depth of a hole. The auger was being withdrawn from the hole and when the equipment stopped, a piece of spoil broke free from the auger and struck the employee's head. The employee sustained bruising and soft tissue injuries to the tailbone as well as a concussion.
