Incident Narrative
An employee was using a chipping hammer to remove concrete so that he could move a toilet flange. Excess concrete was removed on the end of a post-tension anchor, causing the cable to dislodge from the slab and strike the employee in the kneecap. The employee sustained a kneecap laceration.
