Incident Narrative
An employee was working in the upper yard securing preformed concrete slabs for transport on an easel trailer. The employee was sitting on the top crossmember of the easel trailer and fell more than 6 feet through the middle to the crossmembers below resulting in lacerations to his head and leg. The employee may have lost consciousness prior to falling due to the heat.
