Incident Narrative
An employee was working on a 10 foot step ladder, clipping clamps onto steel pipe stacked 4-high (14 ft. to top of pipes). The ladder tipped over and the employee fell 6' to 8' to the ground breaking the left tibia requiring surgery to repair.
