Incident Narrative
An employee was working in a scissor lift approximately 8 feet above a canopy of light fixtures in a terminal to splice wires with a wire stripper. The employee used a fault tic tracer to test the wire prior to splicing it and received an electrical shock. The employee sustained burns to his left hand and fractured his scapula by hitting his shoulder on the rails of the scissor lift.
