Incident Narrative

An employee was using an overhead crane to move a 4,300-pound steel plate. The plate was being lowered to the burn table when it became unhooked and struck the employee. The employee was hospitalized for a fat lip, elbow laceration, bruises to the right side, and broken bones to the right leg and torso.
