Incident Narrative

An employee had been making a repair on a roof. While descending a ladder from the rooftop to the ground, a gust of wind blew the employee off the ladder. The employee fell approximately 15 feet to the ground, landing on both feet and fracturing both ankles. The employee was hospitalized.
