Incident Narrative
An employee was wakeboarding; being towed behind a 20-foot inboard boat. He was attempting an inverted maneuver that included jumping from one wake to the next while doing a flip. The employee landed on top of the wake causing his board to stop; his momentum carried him forward causing impact against the board. The employee sustained an open fracture to the right tibia and fibula.
