Incident Narrative

On April 6, 2022, at 1:00 a.m., an employee was performing linework on an overhead powerline. The employee was crimping a neutral lateral jumper when the crimper tool contacted the powerline and an arc flash occurred, resulting in electrical burns to the employee's face and shoulders.
