Incident Narrative

While standing behind a retaining wall, an employee was setting up a 24-ft. extension ladder on the side of a house. The employee fell over the retaining wall and landed on the ground approximately 5-6 feet below. The employee sustained fractures to the left hip, left femur, lower lumbar area, and the right ankle.
