Incident Narrative

An employee was helping another employee move a cart. He stepped in front of the cart to pull and guide it. When he grabbed the loose end of a chain strap (attached to the front of the cart), he fell backward and broke his left leg. The employee did not fall to the floor, but caught himself with his left leg.
