Incident Narrative
An employee was using a forklift to raise a load of cardboard cartons to the loft level of the warehouse. He went under the loft to get a piece of cardboard that had fallen. When he moved back to get into the forklift, the cardboard cartons fell and he was struck by the falling cartons on the right side of his body, resulting in a fracture to his right femur.
