On December 3, 2021, at the unloading dock, an employee was using a forklift to unload boxes from a trailer onto a pallet. As he was backing out of the truck's trailer and dock plate, the employee's left leg hit the dock's guardrails, resulting in a fractured fibula and tibia that required hospitalization.
