An employee grabbed two pallets from the shipping lane and loaded them onto the trailer. The employee got off the powered industrial truck to adjust the bread rack when the truck accelerated toward her. The truck pinned the employee's right hip and leg to the wall of the trailer, resulting in a pelvic fracture.
