Incident Narrative

An employee was on a extension ladder installing internet cable to a commercial customer's site. He fell approximately 15 feet off the ladder to the concrete below and sustained injuries to the right leg and knee, a laceration to the forehead, and a bruised right arm. The employee was hospitalized.
