Incident Narrative

An employee was in a manlift basket with a co-worker, washing a drilling rig in preparation for the rig to be moved off site. The manlift basket became caught on the rig, and when the basket released, it bounced and caused the employee to be ejected. The employee fell approximately 20 feet to the ground, resulting in a broken left arm and pelvis.
