Incident Narrative
An employee was blowing off debris and baking products from a conveyor belt using an air gun to prepare for the next production run. In the process of blowing off the conveyor belt, the air gun got caught in the belt, causing it to spin and strike the employee in the left arm. The employee suffered a fracture above their left wrist.
