Incident Narrative

An employee was feeding interleave paper into the start of a coil on a slitter machine when their hand was pinched between the hold down and arbors. The employee's right hand was drawn into the in-running nip point, resulting in avulsions to their right thumb and index finger, for which the employee was hospitalized.
