Incident Narrative

An employee had just started a coating line and lowered the rollers over the rod. The employee reached over the rod to tap it, in order to remove some air bubbles in the coating liquid. The sleeve of employee's cleanroom suit, along with his right arm, were pulled in between the idler and the film. The employee sustained a fractured right arm.
