Incident Narrative

While moving from a fixed ladder to a roof, an employee slipped and fell. The employee landed on the concrete ground about 15 feet below and suffered a dislocated elbow, a broken wrist, a dislocated knee, multiple broken ribs, and cuts to the chin and head.
