Incident Narrative

On July 26, 2021, an employee was hydroblasting using a 5,500 psi water blast gun with a 66-inch barrel. The barrel was run across the top of his left boot, lacerating the top of the foot. He was hospitalized, requiring cleaning and stitches for the wound.
