On 5/26/2021, two employees were working from a scaffold platform that was supported by side arm brackets applying brick veneer at a construction site. The employees fell approximately 20 feet when a bracket became dislodged from the frame. The injured employee suffered a back injury. The second employee was able to grab hold of the scaffold to keep from falling.
