Incident Narrative

An employee was performing maintenance on a skid steer while standing in front of it. The seat fell forward and hit a control lever moving the skid steer forward. The skid steer caught the employee's leg and pants, knocked him down, and rolled over him causing pulmonary contusions and a fractured pelvis.
