Incident Narrative
An employee was prepping a 40-foot solid wood pole to be set with other team members. While the pole was being set into the ground with a track bucket, the employee started to push the pole into place. The operator boomed up to straighten the pole. The rigging slid off the pole and landed on the outrigger of the track bucket. The pole bounced and struck the employee causing the employee to fall to the ground. The employee sustained a contusion to the head and a chipped tooth.
