Incident Narrative

An employee was using an articulating wheel loader to unload a customer's truck. The employee was backing the loader into a position parallel to the customer's truck when the loader struck the auger on the rear of a parked fertilizer truck. The employee was hospitalized with injury to the right side of their lower back.
