Incident Narrative

An employee was moving a cement truck into the shop. He discovered that the brakes were frozen and would not release. He got a small torch and crawled under the truck to thaw out the brakes. When the brakes thawed out, the truck rolled backward, pinning the employee to the ground. He was hospitalized with internal bleeding.
