On 2/04/2021, at approximately 8:45 AM, an employee was unloading roof tiles from the conveyor belt boom on top of a roof when he fell off the roof and landed on the ground 25 to 30 feet below. The employee sustained multiple fractures including his face, left arm, and legs. The employee's injuries required multiple surgeries.
