Incident Narrative

On November 25, 2015, at approximately 11:45am, a BORSTAR Agent fell while climbing on top of a mountain. The agent fell approximately 15-20 feet, bounced on his back, and fell another 5 to 10 feet before landing. He suffered a concussion, a laceration to the back of his head requiring staples, several possible broken ribs, and multiple cuts and bruises.
