Incident Narrative
An employee was grinding a 24" diameter pipe on a jack stand. The pipe fell off of the roller jack stands, catching the employee's ring and little fingers between the pipe and the stand. The employee was hospitalized and sustained a possible surgical amputation to the pinky finger.
