Incident Narrative

An employee was in the basket of an aerial lift, which was being moved across a lane of traffic with help from a spotter truck. A vehicle entered the lane and struck the aerial lift, leaving the employee hanging outside it. The employee suffered minor rib fractures and an abdominal injury.
