Incident Narrative
An employee was exiting the rear of a box truck. As he turned around to place his foot on the steps, he slipped and fell. As he began to fall, he grabbed the strap hanging from the rear door but missed the three-point exit handle. His left elbow struck the rear deck of the truck, and the rear door descended and hit his arm. His left elbow was broken.
