Incident Narrative
An employee of Complete Environmental Remediation delivered material to a landfill where a landfill employee was operating a track hoe. When the employee got out of his truck along with his assistant to cover the truck and prepare to return to the office, he was struck by the bucket of the track hoe in the shoulder, neck and jaw areas.
